Acquaderm strongly believes in customer satisfaction and therefore extends 90-day money back guarantee on all items with a resalable condition. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ship returning items to Acquaderm. This must be done by a traceable service: i.e. FedEx, UPS or USPS.

All returns must first be cleared through our customer service department. Items must be accompanied by the original invoice and an accompanying note that indicates the reason for return.
